Contest Regulation

The Rawstone Green Boost Contest is a promotional event organized by Rawstone Games during Spiel 2024 at Messe Essen, Germany. The Contest offers one participant a chance to win free tooling services up to $5000 for an eco-friendly board game project. Additionally, all participants will receive a 5% discount on Rawstone’s manufacturing services. These terms and conditions govern the Contest participation and prize eligibility.

Eligibility
• The Contest is open to visitors of the SPIEL 2024 who are aged 18 or older.
• The Contest is open only to professionals.
• Employees of Rawstone Games, affiliates, subsidiaries, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
• The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

How to Participate
• To enter the Contest, participants must visit the Rawstone booth #4J111 at SPIEL 2024 and scan the QR code displayed at the booth.
• After scanning the QR code, participants must complete all required actions on the contest platform.
• Each participant is allowed only one entry.
• The Contest begins on 3rd of October and ends on the 6th of October, corresponding to the duration of the SPIEL 2024, considering its opening and closing times.

Prizes
1. Grand Prize (1 Winner):
The winner will receive free tooling services up to $5000 for an eco-friendly board game project with Rawstone, covering the costs of creating the necessary tools and molds for production. The project must align with eco-friendly and sustainable standards.
2. All Participants (Everyone who enters):
All eligible participants will receive a 5% discount on Rawstone’s manufacturing services, applicable to their next project that uses eco-friendly materials.
• The discount is non-transferable and non-refundable, and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
• The discount cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
• The discount must be redeemed within 6 months of the Contest’s end.

Winner Selection
• The Grand Prize winner will be selected at random using the contest platform’s random drawing feature.
• The winner will be announced on Rawstone’s official social media channels on the 9th of October.
• The Organizer’s decision regarding the winner selection is final and binding.

Claiming the Prizes
• The Grand Prize winner will be notified by email or social media within 7 days of the winner announcement.
• The winner must respond within 7 days of the notification to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
• All participants will receive an email or communication with their 5% discount code within 14 days of the contest closing date.

Terms of the Grand Prize
• The Grand Prize includes only the cost of tooling for one eco-friendly board game project up to $5000.
• The project must utilize sustainable materials, and the Organizer reserves the right to approve the project’s eco-friendly standards.
• The Grand Prize must be redeemed within 6 months from the end of the Contest.
• The Grand Prize is not transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be substituted with any other prize.
• If the winner is unable to use the prize within the designated time frame, the prize will be forfeited.

Data Collection and Privacy
• By participating in the Contest, participants agree to provide personal information, including name, email address, and any other information required for the Contest.
• The Organizer will use the collected information solely for the purpose of administering the Contest and will comply with all applicable data protection laws.
• Participants may receive promotional emails from Rawstone, but they can opt out at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email.

General Conditions
• The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant if they are found to have violated these terms and conditions or tampered with the Contest in any way.
• The Organizer is not responsible for any technical errors, miscommunications, or failures that may affect the entry process or winner selection.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, fraud, or any event beyond the Organizer’s control.

Limitation of Liability
By participating, participants agree to release and hold harmless Rawstone Games, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising agencies from any claims, damages, losses, or injuries arising from participation in the Contest or the awarding, receipt, or use of the prizes.
